Metaskill is the factory for governed AI micro-apps that run inside Microsoft 365. Each micro-app is registered in ENGRAM like any other skill, carries its own mandate and risk boundary, and earns its trust level the same way.

Operational memory that survives the conversation.

AI Handover preserves verified state, decisions taken, corrections made and the next actions outstanding, each with owner, source and timestamp. Work resumes from the record instead of being reconstructed, so a change of person, session or agent costs a read rather than a rebuild.
